We provide our customers with weekly, if not daily updates about their orders. These updates are personal and not automatically created, because perhaps as much as you, we hate automated e-mails. They provide a very distant customer relation, which is by no means what we would like to create. Furhtermore customers are given priority in future references and support. We usually provide support within twelve hours after you contacted us either by phone, e-mail or live chat.
Customers are guaranteed with service after their order is redeemed. Our mailbox is open and service is given for free, also after we completed your order. So if there are any questions, problems or comments, we will handle them with most care for absolutely noithing but a good relationship.
